Recursos patrimoniales del sureste de Castilla-La Mancha: Monte Ibérico-Corredor de Almansa (Albacete)

Thanks to its strategic position between Castilla, Levante and the south of the Iberian peninsula, this territory is a transit area between the Meseta and the Mediterranean coast. It benefi ts from a wide, diversifi ed and valuable historical and landscape heritage. Being a transit area and destination for inland tourism it should exploit its considerable resources: cultural, natural, archaeological, architectural (defensive, civil and religious). These resources are advantageously spread all over the territory; proximity and a main transport network connecting the inland to the mediterranean coast give them an added value.
